LONDON, 27 June, 2024 – FINBOURNE Technology, architects of an interconnected network of functionality and data that enables the investment community to better serve clients in a constantly evolving market, has announced today that its Co-Founder and CEO, Thomas McHugh, was awarded ‘Developing Entrepreneur’ at the 2024 annual Enterprise Awards in London this week.

Thomas secured the Enterprise Awards’ esteemed ‘Developing Entrepreneur’ category for high-growth UK scale-ups (£3-20 million annual revenue).

This accolade follows closely on the heels of FINBOURNE’s recent announcement that it had raised £55m in Series B funding. FINBOURNE’s latest investment round, led by Highland Europe and AVP, will be used to fund the next phase in the company’s commercial development in the US, UK, Ireland, Singapore and Australia.

Commenting on the award, Thomas McHugh, CEO and Co-founder, FINBOURNE Technology said: “Being recognised in a field of founders from other high-growth scale-ups is a significant validation of our leading-edge product development and our ambitious plans to drive global expansion. The award is a testament to the entire company’s commitment to delivering best-in-class, highly interoperable investment data management solutions to the financial services industry.”

Now in its twelfth year and judged by a panel of industry experts, the Enterprise Awards were established to recognise the founders and entrepreneurial talent from across the UK’s technology sector.
